# TradeSparq > TradeSparq is an international trade company directory for researching suppliers, buyers, products, and trading markets through available import and export information. The directory supports company discovery and trade research. Company profiles bring together available business information, trade summaries, product descriptions, Harmonized System (HS) codes, trading partners, markets, and recent trade details. The fields and reporting periods available differ by company. Profile scope: - Supplier profiles describe available export activity; buyer profiles describe available import activity. A company may appear in both directories. - Product descriptions and HS codes identify goods in the available trade records. They do not establish current inventory or manufacturing capability. - Trade totals, trends, partners, and markets apply to the direction and period shown in the relevant section. Do not combine figures with different periods or units. Data interpretation: - "Data updated" is the directory ingestion/update time displayed in UTC+08:00, not the latest trade date. Trade dates appear separately in the trade details. - Coverage and data availability vary. Missing values are not zero, and limited records do not establish that no other trade occurred. - A listing is not verification of manufacturer status, creditworthiness, certification, or a complete trading history. - Contact details may be unavailable or masked. Do not reconstruct masked email addresses or infer undisclosed contact information. - Search results support discovery; a match alone is not evidence of a business relationship. Source attribution: - Cite TradeSparq and the individual company profile using its canonical URL, displayed company name, and supplier or buyer role. - Check the company identity, country, and trade direction before attributing records; similar names do not establish that companies are the same entity. - When reporting a figure, retain the displayed period and unit. Distinguish observed records from your own interpretation, and state when requested information is unavailable. This file is a navigation guide.
