Production description of the machine
It is a airflow carbonization furnace, not only it has best carbonization effect and shortest carbonization time, but also it can collect wood tar oil and exhaust gas. After processed, this gas can used recycling fuel. The working principle is dry distillation, the carbonization temperature can be controlled and adjusted, the highest temperature can reach 800-1000 °C.At the begining of every carbonization, it needs light the fire, about 30-50 minutes, then let out the fire. It means when you starting your second carbonization, you need light fire again. With extra four inner furnaces, it can achieve carbonization continuously, when finish the first carbonization, take out the inner furnace to cool them, then put into extra four, start the next carbonization. So even though 4 cycles / 24 hours is no problem. In the both sides of the pipe, there are two ports, one for smoke and exhaust gas, the other for wood tar oil.The fuel can be wood, charcoal, coal, natural gas or diesel, all can be ok.It needs wood about 30-50 kg / 4-5 hours, if coal, about 20-30 kg / 4-5 hours. Natural gas and diesel are less than them.
Features of Carbonization stove :
1.Innovative design and reliable quality,Stable and continuous working
2.During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the ouput briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.
3.Small investment, energy-saving, high productivity, good economic benefits, Convenient maintenance.
4. unique structure, large valid volume, advanced carbon technic, short cycle, high capacity, well Environmental protection, long life and so on.
The Whole Production Line
There have 4 of steel drums at the top of the machine body. Under each drum, it’s a small room to make fire.
The 4 drum have lids on top, and in the middle of the lids, there also connect with 4 pipes, is used for gases to escape (gases will come out when heating the drum). This pipe is called the "retort." Fill the retort with the chunks of hard wood and place the lid on top.
Place wood and start the fire at the bottom of the drums. Place the retort inside the drum, resting it on the fire.
Wait for the fire to get really hot
Keep an eye on the smoke. You should be burning for about three hours and the smoke should be……, which means that the water, tar and other compounds in the hardwood chunks are being released. Keep the temperature up by occasionally adding wood to fire.
Watch for the smoke ……, which means the gases have been burned out. Pull the rods out to drop the retort into the burned wood and ashes, stopping the flow of air to the charcoal inside.
Wait an hour, then lift the retort out of the drums. Wear welder's gloves, as the retort may not be cool enough to handle. Place the retort in dirt and allow it to cool further.
After about two more hours, check to see if the retort is cool enough to touch. If so, remove the lid to check the results of your burn. If successful, the hardwood chunks inside should have reduced by about a third, and been converted to lump charcoal.
