Courteous Supplier -
I got in touch with the Marketing Executive of Yifeng Music Instrument Co., Ltd Mr. Yan and inquired about their Flame Maple Strat Neck. I thought I would not receive any response from him but 3 days ago he responded to my email. He courteously apologized for the delay and gladly gave his email address so he can address all my inquiries thru email. He asked me technical details which obviously showed he knows his industry pretty well.
Although we ended up not working with Yifeng Music Instrument Co., Ltd, I would like to commend their company for taking the time to respond to my inquiry.
My brother and I invested in violins for my brothers music shop but never got them. We placed an order in April of 2015 with Mr. Zhang and Tian Yin Musical Instruments for an over sea shipment. When we contact him he makes excuses but will not refund the money or send the violins. We have investigated and he is a fraud.
We are informing authorities of this fraud and alerting others not to be a victim. We want you to help us stop this abuse and pressure him to give us our money back. Please, look into this problem. Let everyone know that Tian Yin Musical Instruments and Ricky Zhang are crooks.

I recently contacted Simon Fu from East-Start Musical Instruments CO.,LTD to inquire about their company’s Ukulele for one of my client. I got the response right away and all of my questions were answered in a detailed manner. His response was very precise and professional. He discussed all my questions thoroughly and even gave additional information for each. I would rate his English 8 out of 10. He even offered to send a sample provided freight fee must be paid to have a better picture on what the product looks like.
The supplier will even gave discount based on model and quantity even if we haven’t done any past transactions. Payment terms are pretty flexible. As of their service, I can say that it is fast and direct.
I would be willing to work with Simon Fu in the future and I am definitely considering his company on my list of potential suppliers.

Even though he’s not able to provide a specific answer for me, he gave me his e-mail address so that he can send a quotation regarding their product. I appreciate his response and I can say that I understand him easily. I would rate his English 8 out of 10.
Although we ended up not working with Dawon Leisure Amusement Equipment Co. Ltd., I’m hoping to have a good partnership with them in the future.

I contacted Nancy N of Zhongshan Golder Credit Amusement Equipment Co. Ltd to inquire about their company’s bumper car. Surprisingly I received a response from her a few hours after I sent my inquiry. She gave a brief description about their company and she obviously knows her industry well.
Nancy informed me that they offer discount for bulk order which is good to know. She even provided me her email information so she can give me more detailed information about their product.
Our project has been put on hold as of the mean time but I would definitely consider working with Zhongshan Golder Credit Amusement Equipment Co. Ltd in the future.
